ABOUT US
We have been providing legal services to clients for over 30 years. Gregory Cavagnaro, the founding member of the firm, is a graduate of Western Washington University. In addition, he attended and graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. Mr. Cavagnaro and the members of his firm have been representing and protecting the rights of injured clients for over three decades.

Mr. Cavagnaro earned his Juris Doctorate from Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, California, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington.
Mr. Cavagnaro began his legal career and was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 1988. He is a member of the King County Bar Association and the Washington State Bar’s Labor and Employment Law Section.
Mr. Cavagnaro has practiced law in a variety of areas, including workers’ compensation law, civil law, and personal injury law. He has extensive litigation experience, having represented clients in pretrials, motions, trials, appeals, and administrative hearings. He has argued before the Washington Court of Appeals and has represented clients in both State and Federal Court.
He derives great satisfaction from helping clients in their time of need and views his role as a protector of his clients’ rights.

Mrs Ramirez has been working with Labor & Industries for the past 18 years.
With a wealth of experience in the pactices of Labor & Industries, he possesses a comprehensive understanding of its operations and the intricacies of helping injured workers navigate the system effectively.
In addition to his experience with Labor & Industries, he is also proficient in Spanish and serves as a Spanish interpreter, facilitating fluid communication between Spanish-speaking clients and various professionals, including physicians, Labor & Industries representatives, vocational counselors, insurance agents, and others.
Mrs Ramirez holds an Associate of Arts degree in Theology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Christian Education.
He has resided in the Pacific Northwest region for the past thirty years, which has provided him with a deep understanding of the local culture and dynamics.
